Shuttle services depart both locations at the following times. Trip durations may last 1 hour and 30 minutes during heavy traffic periods. Times and routing can change due to traffic collisions.
We work with Disabled American Veterans and county Veterans Affairs directors to provide transportation for Veterans and authorized caregivers to get to scheduled medical appointments.
For patients and caregivers in fully furnished lodging, the lodging program will provide either a shuttle to and from the medical center or taxi service to and from medical appointments.

Contact us to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. If a referral is required, you’ll need to contact your primary care provider first.
We help Veterans on their recovery journey through outpatient and inpatient services. Care is provided by a team of psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, chaplains, and/or addiction therapists. Quitting substances is not required to get support. We provide the following recovery related services:
Referrals can be made for housing resources, finances, mental health, chronic pain, medical/physical health, quitting tobacco, and residential treatment.
