The remittance fee must be in the form of a check or money order made payable to the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA). Checks must have an imprinted name and address. Please include your driver license number and your home or work phone number on your check.

Must be mailed to the Motor Vehicle Administration, 6601 Ritchie Hwy., N.E., Glen Burnie, MD 21062, Room 145 in conjunction with other forms to be approved by the Administration.
